Change Log for v0.13
Changed rendering mode from Forward+ to Compatibility, this should hopefully allow for older PCs to play the game without issues.
Added startup loading screen progress numbers.
General optimizations.
Cost of all items and missions updated to the correct values.
Increased starting AP from 6 to 10.
Placeholder missions added.
Various bug and typo fixes.
Fixed a bug where the Patreon icon would stay on the screen after the pause menu was opened then closed.
