We're ever growing and changing and I feel like things are impacting me differently as I age. Glad you're in a place to work on that. And yes! It was very easy I just told my therapist what info they needed for the letter and after listening to me explain why I thought my kitties were ESAs she typed it up right after our session. You can also get it done online too I saw <3

2023-12-02 04:50:54 +0000 UTCThis is validating, thank you! I’ve been in therapy for years and it’s been a journey. I always wanted to “win” at therapy but that’s not how it works lol. I’m writing my ‘impact’ timeline ahead of my next appt because I’m finally in a place to dig deeper and address past trauma. Seeing this helps. Definitely need to make Lily an ESA so I’ll get on that. ❤️
