Spoopy Yoga!

Ok, it's not that spooky but it was fun and I hope you enjoy doing this little yoga routine with me! You'll notice I abruptly have a cut - that's because we filmed from another angle but the lighting was terrible. So we re-shot it and I couldn't quite remember what we had done already so it doesn't line up perfectly but you get the idea! Let me know your favorite yoga moves if you have any!

Actually before I wrestled I would do jump squats, high knees and other cardio and movement focused warm ups to reduce the risk of injury. I would save the stretching for afterwards (got that tip from Ray Rosas who always said you should blow yourself up before a match so you never get blown up in a match)
