So I have started doing 500 abs (almost) every day and it honestly just sounded like way too big a number to ever do! But I broke it down and I found ways to keep it interesting so before you just dismiss this as something you can't do, give this video a watch and then try it out! Even if you only get to 100... that's a freakin 100 ab reps! Good job!
