Yeah it sucks when I get it on the plane because I can feel my teeth grinding together from sitting up! It really sucks! And yes I have scary dreams all the time but the problem is that if I fall right back asleep I go back into the dream. So I have to sit up with the light on. I usually check twitter or turn on the radio. I used to get very little sleep because of nightmares for about 15 years

THe last time i really remember having sleep paralysis, i was in college. We were on our way to TN to visit a college with Marching Band. We left at like 3 in the morning, so i was tired and i slept. And while we were driving down there, at around 9 AM it his. I could hear people around me talking, and i couldn't wake up or move. Definitely one of the worst feelings ive ever had.
So...on the topic of sleep, have you ever had bad dreams where you've woken up from them and have a hard time getting back to sleep? How do you normally calm yourself down to get back to sleep?
