Super quick and easy! Use whatever weights you can, even if it's just holding a book or putting on a heavy backpack. If you've NEVER worked your calf muscles don't use a weight at all. Cuz you're gonna feel this tomorrow!

Oddly....i just got weighed in kgs...and the equivalent in lbs was 220....idk if that's true since I've been doing alot of walking and at home workouts. F-ing pandemic.

Great idea with the gallons! And glad to hear about the progress on the core workout! And yes I love that pokemon go gives folks an incentive to go outside

Since its been difficult to find weights nearby me, ive used two 1 gallon bottles of water as the weights. I do 2 sets of 15 curls, 15 shoulder presses, and another exercise, and then i do that 30 second stretch you mentioned ot me before 5 times (I have been able to get up to five now). I might have to try these out. Im very much concerned about staying in shape since i dont feel safe going into my complex's gym. I also try to get a 30 minute walk in 4-5 times a week...which is great for catching pokemon too.
