I have a Halloween one planned and some holiday ones as well but other than that I'm running low on ideas. Below are updates on previously suggested ideas to get your creative juices going!

Play with the makeup and nail polish. Those are accessories just like jewelry or hair color so you could do a pumpkin set, fall foliage set, Thanksgiving set, Snowy Winter Set, Holidays/Xmas And New Years. Plus just because/ trying new colors. You'll get more miles out of Pumpkin or Candy Cane designs on your fingers and toes than most others can get out of more elaborate staging. Sarah is the who we want to see. Doesn't matter what the theme is as long as she's visible.
