Sleeping with the enemy

Only with two new characters, a human and ape pilot from opposing sides of the war. While a truce has been called things are tense and newly arrived human pilot Connell can't wait for his first assignment. The WIP for this was posted for patrons with access to WIP but with a different name, it was originally titled Sweet desert.
This is the second charge for story this month. The good news is I am not finished posting yet. I have a WIP novella and another story to post, all coming as freebies this month as I have gotten so much writing done.
