POLL+BIG UPDATE (Bug List)
Added 2024-09-14 13:15:01 +0000 UTCHello everyone, I have been silent all month and left you all waiting while I burned through every resource I could to get this game in DECENT shape for release... and by decent shape, I mean the game has Save Slots, should not Crash, you should not randomly fall through the floor, and there is currently 1 playable character with 20 hp. I have some more bugs I have to fix, AND I need to get the KobaltKai - itch.io page fully made before I can release this game for you guys.
CURRENT BUGS I am working on:
1. Roswald's health bar does not VISIBLY go down when hit, but if hit 20 times, you would still die lol.
2. You cannot attack enemies YET. My priorities this month was to finally get a working save system. That is CRITICAL to this game being playable in every context (I accomplished that yesterday :p)
3. Enemies true size and Pixel Animations are not rendered yet. They are there as placeholders and it will hurt to touch them.
4. Enemy AI is not complete yet. There are several bugs. There are 4 currently planned;
-Stationary Enemies (like spikes),
-Random Movement Enemies (enemies),
-Pursuing the Player Enemies (Bosses or special enemies), and
-Pathset Enemies (sticks to path, such as cars or boulders
6.Sex Scenes are currently a WIP, and currently set to trigger upon loss. A Gallery is being developed for unlocked "Game Overs" There are 0 sex scenes as of now, as the game must be playable to unlock them first.
7. The Music I created for this game was NOT good enough to portray the atmosphere I mean to convey in the first patch release. It took a lot of humility to admit that, and I have produced 7 new tracks with the help of synth samples on Freesound.org. The original artist will receive credit for their samples in the final product, alongside patreons who have supported me through this creative endeavor.
