I think that would depend on what ability options exist. Given his situation his constitution skills are limited to light armor compatible ones. He won't likely have enough slots to justify getting 2 separate abilities for human and wolf, so if possible an ability that is usable in both would be best (hence why it needs to be light armor compatible). But, there may not be any armor based abilities he can use as a wolf (or maybe not ones in both forms or they may be super rare abilities)... in that case upgrading his current one makes sense. Edit: I will concede that based on his bold blood trait nearly doubling his attribute gains (only nearly as it doesn't enhance the bonus point every 10 levels) for leveling he might actually get enough constitution to merit a second ability at some point. But not any time soon I'd expect.

From book 1: "Stayne loomed over me. I judged his height to be around six feet, which would put my own height at just under five and a half feet." Based on that I'd argue 5'4" or 5'5". Edit: I didn't do the math going to 600, but for the attribute points to 300 you forgot that the game grants an extra point every rank (10 levels)... so going from 273 to 300 grants 27*2=54+1*3=57. It's mostly trivial, but by level 600 it does add 60 or so points to the total for a player. So it would probably add 33 to your totals.

Assuming that Micheal doesn’t get any other feats that add extra points per level up by the time he reaches level 300 he should have 54 ranks to add to his Attributes. Going off this and assuming 600 is his max level he will get 654 Attribute points from leveling up alone. Again this is assuming that he doesn’t get any other feats or traits that change that again. That plus the assumption based on current data that each level in a Power class gives +30 to all attributes gives us +210 attributes per power level. Again this is assuming this +30 is the standard and it doesn’t increase or decrease. Assuming four more level ups for his power classes are in his future using the current system in place that gives us +1,494 ranks to his attributes. That amount of ranks in attributes alone is definitely enough of a power boost to warrant calling him a prime by that stage. Hopefully we get to witness all that.
