Giant Lisa game progress (bosses and power ups)

Nuclear plant stage assets
Ice cream truck health power up
Nuclear waste power up
Basic health meter and super ability meter.
Basically planning that when Lisa consumes toxic waste, you get a nuclear rod in the super ability meter and you use that for special abilities.
