In 2077, you must survive by any means. Even if that means hacking your enemies to submission.

This asset only interacts with other users who also have the asset on them. You cannot send hacks to anyone who does NOT have the asset on their avatar. You can check by seeing if the big cylinder turns green when hovering over someone.

The Punk Hacker asset allows you to remotely send hacks to anyone who also has the asset installed on their avatar.

With a Ram currency system built in to limit your abilities, that recharges over time as well (can be infinite).

Designed with roleplayers in mind, it will allow you to live out your fantasies of a cyberpunk hacker.

With several tiers of hacks that have varying levels of effectiveness and costs.

Hacks:

Tier 1

• Short Circuit
• Cyberware Malfunction
• Synapse Burnout
• Overheat
• Disable Movement (actually disables movement)
• Sickness
• Malware ad spam (spams a ton of random ads in the field of view)
• Confusion

Tier 2

• Has the same hacks but with higher effectiveness and:
• Contagion (spreads to nearby players)
• Reboot Optics
• Memory Wipe

Tier 3

• Has the same hacks as tier 2 but higher effectiveness

Tier 5

• Blackwall Gateway

When you just want to kill your opponent.

Designed to only be usable at the highest hacker level.

Photo Sensitivity Option:

Ingame button allows you to change all localized effects to be less intensive for you. in case you have issues with intense screen effects.

Additionally you can also turn off sounds if they bother you.

DEPENDENCIES:

You must use one of the newer VRC SDK's which can only be downloaded through VCC, otherwise you are more than likely to encounter issues.

(recommended 9 or newer)

(required to have in the project for the prefab to function on PC (not quest), it is included in your download, so you don't have to grab it from here)

(can be installed through VCC directly (used for manual installation))

OPTIONAL:

Fury can be used as an alternative install method

• Made the animations turn off the local screenshader, the only difference this makes is to ensure that other assets that also use Leviant screenshader are not overridden, if you want to update your asset, simply import on top of existing project, nothing in the hierarchy was changed, only animations, so you just reupload after importing.

• Fixed sounds not playing if you specifically installed manually instead of vrcfury.

• Added a lightweight version of the asset that can only allow you to recieve hacks, but not send. It costs less parameters and less materials. Changed video guide accordingly.

  • This is designed for people that for example roleplay wise aren't a hacker, but still want to be able to be hacked.

Ensure you have:

• Avatar manager 3.0 installed in the project (you can do so through VCC)

• Install Poiyomi 9 or above

  (final IK is included in the zip file you download)

• OPTIONAL:

Import the unitypackage found in the Zip file, then watch the video guide :)
