The Whizzbanger is an absurd, nonsensical crazy concept that definitely would never work in real life. Anyways good thing this is VR and it works perfectly here!
An oversized bullet (and shotgun shell) fired by slamming a hammer at the back of the pin. Simple and effective and incredibly satisfying.
Swap to a shotgun shell if you find it hard to hit precise targets, no need to aim really... you kinda just have to hit with one out of the 12 gigantic pellets.
The bullets create impact decals on the environment using the Magic Decal shader by Nebula animations, additionally, the bullets you eject will fall and stick around on the ground for a while
Laser sight and flashlight attachment. Both individually toggleable.
Laser sight is actually pretty useful as.. well.. aiming isn't exactly the strong suit of this magnificent piece of human creation.
After firing a bullet or shell, you point the gun upwards in the air to drop it out, additionally you can also bump it out from the front with your hammer.
