Kinesthetic stuff, however, is the most distinct among them in that it is insanely broad and nearly impossibly to separate from the other senses. Our kinesthetic sense involves not just sensations but our feeling of orientation in space, our emotions, our sense of movement, and much more. This has huge implications for hypnosis!
"Effective Fixation": We all have plenty of hot takes around visual suggestions -- they're overused, some people struggle with visualization, etc -- but one of mine is that they often get used to obtain focus/fixation, but don't necessarily follow through on making that fixation properly enthralling. This article will look at making focus/fixation more sustainable.
