Patreon Cleanup and Gifting Membership

My week-long hiatus is over! I hope everyone is keeping well and enjoying the festive season. And don't worry, I will post the next Grand Game chapter soon. :)
In the meantime, I'll be making some updates (long overdue) to my Patreon, including:
Reducing membership tiers: namely disabling old tiers like Pioneer, Seasoned, and Master (according to Patreon those still subscribed on these tiers should not be affected, however the tiers will no longer reflect on the main page. However, if you have any issues, lemme know!)
Renaming and streamlining tiers.
