I have a list and I'll put a poll soon, but now is a great time to let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like to see!

And that it's something people sometimes try to actually do. Can you change someone's habits or perosonality "permanently" with hypnosis? Can you do it without hypnosis? what methods are most effective? what are the things to know before getting started?
