Differences include fixing anatomy, particularly the angle of Katsukiβs head and their hands, making Izuku look less feminine, and giving him his gorgeous monolids. Then MOAR FRECKLES and correcting their scars since we didnβt know yet what Katsukiβs would look like.
Also I kind of hoped Izuku would keep the lesbian haircut π
