If you want to see Freddie Fox (King of Sweden) in a gay/bi role, Benji, you should look up the short series Cucumber (which had a simultaneously released sister series Banana and accompanying docu-series Tofu - the names are taken from some kind of erection scale, apparently!). I haven't seen it since it first came out (a decade or so ago) but remember enjoying it. I was also recently reminded that the actor who plays Mr Ajayi from Heartstopper was also in it! It was made by Russell T Davies, the creator of the original Queer as Folk (although these days he's probably best known for being behind the Dr Who reboot). He also made an excellent mini series more recently called It's A Sin, which I also highly HIGHLY recommend.

This show really did well with Peter’s arc (and Cathrine’s tbh), and season 3 takes them to very interesting places that many writers would be wary of taking their characters. I look forward to those reactions! You mentioned at the end you think you already know what show you’re doing next, but I wanted to mention Midnight Mass by Mike Flanagan so maybe it can be on your radar for spooky season? It’s only 7 episodes, so could be a nice, quick watch between multiple season shows, and there are aspects I feel y’all would really like, even though it’s a more “serious” show! (And it’s Mike Flanagan! He never misses with these shows!) 💕
