We rode in silence toward my new beautiful Los Angeles home, Casa Encantada, with lush greenery everywhere, but inside the car the air felt heavy and cold. Scarlett kept her gaze fixed on the window, not looking at me.
“Will you at least tell me what’s wrong?” I asked when the silence became unbearable.
Scarlett, for all her natural grace and beauty, sat with her shoulders drawn tight. Her lips pressed together as though holding back words she didn’t want to say. Finally, she exhaled slowly.

In the next chapter, could we please please please read Justin’s POV of why he admires and is a big fan of Troy, how his and his mother’s lives were up until being discovered and given the biggest chance of a lifetime to turn his life around, being discovered and given the chance to sign to Troy’s label? That would be a fun chapter to read

2025-09-29 08:54:27 +0000 UTCEh, the last part with Amanda didn't click with me, it wasn't much of a 'Mic drop' moment and instead felt like something petulant teens do where they say what they want and then leave before their verbal sparring partner can retaliate. Maybe it's because of what recently happened with Kimmel, but cancelling a presenter like that without letting them tell their side of the story feels like an absolute bitch move. Yes, her coverage is one of the reasons people tried to kill Troy, but the USA are obsessed with their first amendment, for good or ill, he should've tried to convince her to retract her statement instead of whatever this was.
