why am i still crying over this more than a decade after lol I get Travis being mad !!! the showrunners once again proving they don't care about their female characters. And they're trying to write a cute and sad exit for JJ, when they're the one disrespecting her. JJ deserved better, but AJ Cook really DID deserve better overall ! She is my favorite character in this show and no one can erase that :)

2025-08-30 00:13:25 +0000 UTCWhile I think there is always a risk of shows likr these stagnating when you don't shake things up every once in a while, getting rid of JJ was one of the stupedist ideas the network could have come up with. Especially doing it this abruptly... Plus, since they had to get JJs sendoff proper time, they had to rush the case. It was such an interesting case with so much potential. That girl hung on for dear life (quite literally) for 3 days. Blazing sun, nights with no shelter, no food, no water, all of that after being assaulted - but she held on hoping against all logic that she will be found. When they find her and her parents reaction, it makes me tear up every time. And the 2 assholes had a really intersting dynamic, but they had to rush the conclusion and couldn't really led it cook...
