2025-08-25 15:25:45 +0000 UTCAs much as i wish there was more, i think it works really well as 1.5h and it would probably have been too long at 3h. It ended up really well paced imo even though i wish there was a bit more detail about some of the history of stuff. Hopefully they do a prequel!

2025-08-23 11:52:39 +0000 UTCHaha the whole Internet agreed that the saja boys would take all our souls π and yesss all the songs are so good (your idol, the last song by the saja boys has been on repeat for like a month lmao). I absolutely hate musicals but I love kpop so this was an exception and I totally went in skeptical as hell but now I've watched this movie like 20 times lol. I knew you'd think jinu was hot π and is it bad I think all the saja boys are hotter as demons haha. So there are voice actors for the speaking parts and the singers aren't a group but rather solo artists. EJAE is the singing voice for Rumi and she's a producer (who's done songs for many kpop artists) and wrote several of the movies songs, really cool. And the movie is doing CRAZY numbers with streaming and also Golden hit #1 on billboard hot100! There's talks of sequels of course because of how fucking viral it's gone lol. I hope so and hope they can make it just as good as the first. (I want the saja boys redemption arc lol). Also I believe it was supposed to be like 3 hours long but either Sony or Netflix (probably dumbass Netflix let's be honest) had them make it 1.5 hours π There's a theory that Jinu is Rumi's sword, when he gave her his soul her sword evolved into a different one and so people think he's in the sword\is the sword. Glad you loved it! Honestly I think it's pretty unanimous that everyone loves it, I don't think I've seen a reaction that didn't like it lol. This movie is definitely gonna be the most popular Halloween costumes this year!
