I'm (still) not good at drawing and designing a Dragons.
Ya I can drawing something could called dragon but orthodox style one like a Skyrim.
So what we going to do?
I recommend mix elements what you like to dragon shape.
For example, I mixed Black cat,Bat,Weasel,and Shark.
Oh,and boobs too...
You see what I saying.
Then adjust a design you made to what you want to see.
Or character design what your fans want.
Or make a design obviously what furrys likes.

Of course, practices are important. That's will help for find out something your style.
But Designs and Arts are kinda love letters. For someone.
It's maybe to you, maybe to furrys, maybe to every alone person, maybe your friends... etc.
"For whom" is most important thing that not only making illustrations but also playing music, Cooking or whatever.
