I like to think that Barry was holding back some while fighting Oliver while he was wammied bc of his super speed slowing down the effects of the wammy he on some level under the enhanced anger knew Oliver was a friend and he didn’t want to hurt him to badly

Diggle being freaked out by Barry's powers is hilarious, Grant's angry acting was SO good, it's funny that Oliver suspected Wells straight away when none of team Flash have yet lol (Oliver's been around enough bad guys to know one when he sees one), Barry and Oliver's fight was awesome to watch and as always Cisco cracked me up. This one is a lot of fun. 😂💕 Also, as others have said, this is completely in line with Arrow season 3. This episode aired just after the last episode of Arrow you watched. I understand why you were worried because some things felt new but those are just teases they dropped in which will be continued on Arrow. You don't have to worry about the order, I've made extra sure that I put it together correctly. 😊

Bruh lol The beginning scene reminds me of a very watered down version of the church scene in Kingsman (like, so watered down lol)
