As for Emmett, I think Melody should have made him get a job right away and then got on a payment plan for restitution, from my understanding you usually don’t have to pay it in one lump sum from the court shows I watch. I do get why he wants to try living with his dad though because I think his mom has been overly harsh when it’s come to Bay. If it was just the motorcycle situation it wouldn’t make sense but I think it was the last straw for him. Who knows though if the grass will be greener at his dad’s house though.
