I haven't seen anyone mention it, but the actor (Dan Lauria) who played the guy who caused the accident is the dad from The Wonder Years. He aged and looks quite different, but his voice was the dead giveaway for me. Season 11 has definitely been so good. It has some huge moments coming, and as usual I look forward to rewatching it while you react to it, Travis.

2024-12-24 00:42:09 +0000 UTCMy granny has alzheimer for years now, and the dementia that comes with it it's insane. So as soon as I knew he had Alzheimer my heart melted for this story. So I was hearing you talking shit about him hitting Maggie and thought "Oh he's gonna feel so bad after he knows". Cut to 2 min later and you still mad, that made me chuckle a lot LOL. Also, I love a judging dog, and yours staring at you while you dance and you staring him back later was so funny. I really needed to laugh today <3

2024-12-19 20:05:18 +0000 UTCI agree with you, Alicia. It's like a lot of criminals who commit crimes knowingly, but they don't want to go to prison for it, so they take their own life to avoid it. It's a coward way out in my opinion. When someone murders a human being and they are "mentally ill" in the mind, they still see them as responsible, even though in their mind they aren't fully able to understand what they did or that it was wrong. People are quick to jump on the band wagon then and say they deserve to die or rot in prison no matter their illness. Why is this any different? Again, it's my thoughts and opinions.

2024-12-19 17:16:07 +0000 UTCwell as i said in my comment, that’s my opinion. i think it’s easier for him to forget than it is to live with killing a pregnant woman. i don’t think that’s a wild take

2024-12-19 16:59:42 +0000 UTCugh maggie and webber be still my heartttt😭😭 im so glad she’s coming around to him and derek looking guilty as hell! wdym you came back on the first flight, left your keys and ran home?? like that’s guilty behavior to meee! an immediate call back would’ve been the like normal thing to do if nothing happened 🤨🤨

2024-12-19 16:41:12 +0000 UTCWell, as they said in the show, it wasn't his fault because he wasn't in control of his mind. I wouldn't say he is 'letting himself easy' thats a wild take considering he is giving up the opportunity to regain a semi-normal life with his wife and family, which he has lost out on for years, he just can't live with it.

2024-12-19 16:32:28 +0000 UTCyeah i feel like 20% bad for him but like, you don’t need memories to know you can’t punch people in the face😭 and like im sure his wife is a feeling a bit guilty because she left him alone, maggie isn’t wrong, he should be in the care of someone watching him at all times. and he should remember what he’s done. it’s not fair to anyone in the situation that he can just choose to absolve himself imo

2024-12-19 16:09:52 +0000 UTCNot sure how to feel about the man who caused the accident. They thought he had Alzheimer's but turned out he didn't and that it could be fixed and because of what he did, he doesn't want to be "normal" so that he can be reminded of what happened. I just think that is messed up in a way. I know he had a brain issue when it happened, but he should feel bad regardless of who's fault it was. It happened and he caused it whether he was in his right mind or not. I just feel like he's letting himself off the hook by going back to that state of mind. My opinion though, so take it for what its worth.

2024-12-19 15:31:46 +0000 UTCMaggie finally warming up to Richard is my favorite part of this episode. I’m right there with you I teared up at the end.

2024-12-19 14:52:26 +0000 UTCBeing pregnant now the baby/birth storylines aren't bothering me as much as I expected, I think they feel very fictional and far fetched. But every sad storyline is definitely making me tear up faster than they would have before 😅

2024-12-19 14:24:04 +0000 UTCMe and you simultaneously crying at the same scenes in this show even though I’ve seen it 2x and watching it again with you is the 3rd time 😅 Greys will never fail to make you cry at 8:30 am

2024-12-19 13:32:38 +0000 UTCI get that your first reaction was being protective and all. But same when you understand the full story it's really sad on all parts. That scene with Pierce and Webber though. I was right there with you her reaction was really so touching imo. And damn cliffhanger again ! Can't wait for you to react to what's next !

2024-12-19 13:04:10 +0000 UTCAlex Karev had such an amazing character arc on Grey's. To watch how poised and professional Karev is now as he works with babies you would never imagine what he was like in Season 1. He transformed from a smarmy, aloof kid with deep psychic wounds to a doctor confident in his craft. That is an accomplishment!
