2024-11-19 10:49:06 +0000 UTCFun fact: The ending with the running up the bell tower and someone "falling" off is a spoof of Vertigo, an Alfred Hitchcock film from 1958 (which I absolutely recommend). And nice little detail is the very last scene resembles the ending of the pilot in that they are all standing in front of the church when they get a text from A and read it aloud. Also, in the books, Toby died by suicide and on the show he was supposed to die in S1. But after seeing the fan reaction to Keegan Allen and the response to the Spencer and Toby (Spoby), creator/writer Marlene King changed her mind. This IS very chill for a season finale up until the last 10 minutes or so. God, almost all the men in this show and Jenna are ccreps. And there are 7 seasons. Don't worry, almost everything will be answered 😉 Can't wait for S2!!
