oh i do feel so bad for bailey but what she said to richard was so uncalled for! calling him a drunk?? so rude i hate when my tv parents fight😭😭 your common case of someone walking in a conversation and leaving right before they hear the part that wouldn’t upset them, i hate itttt.

2024-06-17 19:46:34 +0000 UTCI don't have an issue with Meredith showing Bailey her patients' carts because Bailey was being supervised. not only by a fellow doctor, but also a board member. I hated the way Jackson treated Bailey, in the cafeteria like she was a rodent that needed to be shooed away, when her first instinct was to rush and aid a patient. I understand the reason why Jackson wanted to get ahead of the situation, but I think his delivery could've been better and a little more heartfelt, instead of sounding like a lawyer who only wants to save the hospital's image and not their doctor. It's possible to support a doctor while trying to follow protocol. And yes, Richard is the first person who should've shown support for Bailey through every step, especially when she has so much dirt on him. If she every wanted to, Bailey could force Richard into retirement, or even worse, file a malpractice suit against him. Also, I just realized, the opening OR scenes, shows the gloves being tested first, foreshadowing how Bailey spread the infection. I'm surprised Pegasus hospitals are allowed to remain open and buy other hospitals, when their protocol forces their doctors to use the problematic gloves because they're consistently choosing to use those gloves, whether they knew it had a leak issue or not.
