2024-05-07 16:52:44 +0000 UTCI agree with you that this was a pretty good episode but that a recycled storyline with a different spin on it seemed like a lack of creativity in the show’s writing. It was nice, however, to see Damon admit that he did actually hide his true feelings toward his mother… he was hurt from losing her more than once and just covered it with sarcasm and anger. And I’m sure most if not all of us have experienced witnessing someone hide their emotions behind sarcasm and act like they aren’t affected by things. I love watching this show (and a few others) with you, Travis!! I think you’d absolutely LOVE watching the Originals!
