2024-05-07 02:46:03 +0000 UTCI do like this episode. I don't love it because, like you said, it does drag a bit in parts. It's not the most exciting episode but I also really like the morals behind it. I always love when The Doctor shows his dark side and I think that Matt shows it better than any before him have. When he gets angry I really feel it. Maybe because most of the time he's so goofy and funny that the dark side of his Doctor takes you off guard a bit. And I'm also not a big fan of Westerns but I always enjoy a Western themed episode of a TV show. Time travel shows love them lol and they're usually fun to watch. But yeah, this first half of season 7 isn't the best. It's good and a hell of a lot better than season 6, but still not up the standard we expect from this show. But, like I said to you before, season 7 is split into 7a and 7b. And you'll notice such a huge quality difference from the mid season Christmas special (The Snowmen) until the end of season Christmas special. Such a fantastic run of episodes there. And then seasons 8 and 9 are my two favourites of the entire show so far. So stick with it and you'll be pleased you did, promise. 😊

2024-04-17 00:16:21 +0000 UTCI'm a bit like you, not really a big fan of Westerns. There isn't really anything about this episode I don't particularly like, but it's just not one that I gel with. That being said, the score is awesome throughout.
