Feature Focus Poll - June

Hey everyone. I hope you’ve all had a good month. Its time again for another feature focus poll, however for this one I’ve had to change it a bit. Last month I added some really cool ideas but a lot of these were quite big and would require me to have a bit more free time to get them added in. As you might know next months update is having a new scene added which does take a up a bit more time so when doing these I like to work on some feature focus things that are a bit more like I can do just as much as possible instead of having one big thing to get done. So for this one I have removed the “Multiple Girls In Hole 3” options just for this poll as I don’t think I’ll have time for that and the new scene. I have replaced with with a “Scene Improvements” option which has won before and a lot of people seem to like. The “Multiple Girls In Hole 3” option will be added back for the next feature focus poll.

One other thing, I have left  the hair physics update option in. This is also quite a big feature however it lets me add it to as many characters as I have time. If it does win this one I will get it added to as many as I can while also getting the new scene added.

Finally next month i will be adding back one of the previous winners from these polls. Some of the options are

• Scene Things (F*ta, Pr*g, Squ*rting Etc)

• Outfit Focus + Outfits Work With Any Character In Legs Spread On Desk Scene

• C*mshots In Scenes (Like in Hole 1, M*ssionary V2 Etc)

Personally i think the outfit option would be best to add back as its been ages since thats been in a poll however i would also like to work on the c*mshots a bit more and improve the system with how they work. Let me know what you'd like though :)

Scene Improvements

This is a new small option I thought I’d add back as it could be quite a nice thing to do just to improve the overall feel and look of the game and a lot of people seemed to like it last time. Looking back at some of the older scenes and some new ones there are small things that could be improved for example.

Here are some examples of ones I’ve done last time and recently just to give you and idea of what I mean and maybe give you an idea of some suggestions for things to improve.

I think in this I might include the standing character images as well if that’s something you’d also like?

I think all these could just help make each scene a bit better but let me know what you think

Updated Character Hair

NOTE - GIF’s are reduced quality and will be smoother in game

This is something I’ve been really interested in for a while but could never seem to get it working how I’d like. At the moment the hair kind of just moves up and looks good but could be a lot better I think.

One thing to quickly note for this one, this is quite a big feature and as next month is going to have a new scene i might not have as much time to work on this feature. If it does win i will still get as much as i can done but will also need to spend a decent amount of time on the new scene. Just wanted to let you know incase you'd rather wait for a month when i have a bit more time to focus on this one. Either way it will be a gradual process adding this feature to all the characters :)

I have now got this kind of code to work that gives the hair a lot more movement for different directions of the head as you can see above.

Here is a one of it moving up and down to give a kind of idea of how it might look in a scene but there’s a lot more adjustments I can make to it to get it looking perfect. I know this is kind of a small thing but I really think it would just improve the overall feel of scenes by quite a lot.

One small thing with this though. From what I can tell it doesn’t use much performance at all everything runs very smooth and works well, however I am testing this on new computers and new android so this might not work as well for others. I’m pretty sure it will work fine for everyone as looking at the stats it doesn’t use much performance but I am going to have it as a toggle so you can turn it off if you either want to or have problems with performance .

More Head Redesigns

It has been a long time now since I started doing the character head redesigns and I think at the start people didn’t think they were the best thing for the game but now that its been some Time and a lot of the characters have had a head redesign people are really liking them and I hope that is the same for everyone. I have a lot more heads that I would like to redesign as well as some variations for some of the newer characters such as a different hair style for Mercy or the night variation of Carrot and I think if I was able to focus on them fully for one of the updates I could maybe get around 10 redone.

Here are a look at some of the ones I would still like to do.

Also if there are any other variations for characters you think could be good let me know and I’ll do them.

Still Images + Animated Still Images + Easier Switching Between Images

This one is going to be a lot of parts all revolving around the still images so i'll split them into sections for you.

Firstly the still images themselves. I think between the first and the month update and the mid month update there is about two weeks. In this time I think I will be able to get around 10 images done along with all the other stuff I want to do.

Secondly I would also like to get some of the image animations done, however I do have a lot of other stuff I want to add at the moment and also work on some other improvements for this so I think I could maybe to 2 or 3 of these depending how much time I have.

Thirdly I want to start adding some options to these like speed sliders and maybe some sound effects if I have time.

Finally a lot of people have been asking to make it easier to go through all the images without having to back out of each one so i'm going to add in a system that will let you click or swipe through the images for that character and then also let you switch between the characters the same way it does with the scroll wheel in scenes. I would also like to make a site that will hold all these images so if you would like to view them in 4K HD then you can click a button in the app and it will take you to where you can view that image

New House Themes/Backgrounds + Adding More Night Backgrounds

I have added this as a little extra option to see how many people would like this. There hasn’t been a new house theme for a while now so would be nice to get maybe 1 or 2 added. I’m not 100% sure what theme I would like to go with but I was thinking maybe one from and show and then one generic one similar to the Lava & Bamboo ones. Let me know if you do have any ideas for this though even if it’s not going to win as I would like to do some more anyway in the future.

Anyway, that’s everything I have for this one. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for future ideas and for the poll next month I will be adding back the multiple character in Hole 3 option as well as some other cool options as I will have more time for these bigger features next month :))
