Main Post

Hey everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I have managed to get the new feature fully added in ready for this update which is really exciting and I hope you like it. It did take a lot of time, and there are still some thing to just make perfect but hopefully it gives you a good idea of how it might work and then together we can work on improvements for it. There is also lots of other cool stuff I have added that I think you’ll like so I’ll go through all that as well.

New Scene Transition Feature

NOTE - At the moment you toggle this feature with a button on the right in the Rev C*wgirl (Back) & D*ggy Scene. If the feature works well without any major bugs I will add an option to toggle it on with the scroll wheel.

Now my original plan was plan was to get this added slowly to just see how it looks and so things that could be improved but as I was adding it I thought it would probably be nice if it was added to every character at the start just so everyone can enjoy it and you can all use your favourite characters with it. This did take a long time though as I had to sync it up for every character, make sure all the colour was correct for everyone and just make sure everything was loading in right but I think I’ve done that.

That has meant I haven’t had as much time to do other stuff like head designs and outfits but I hope this was worth it. Anyway here is how the scene transition is looking for a few of the characters.

As the whole transition itself when in the game is quite long I can’t do the whole thing as a GIF just because it would be too big but here as some images of parts with some of the other characters just to show you how they all look.

Now the thing I wanted to talk to you all about. I think this feature is going to be a kind of improve over time kind of feature, not because this hasn’t been done to the best quality, I think the animation itself is amazing but its more things code wise like how everything works. I’ll go over in parts the things I would need your opinion on.

How It Works At The Moment

This is actually what I’m most proud of and really hope it works for all of you, when testing it works well for me but you never know performance wise how it will work for everyone. Anyway what basically happens is when you click the scene transition button it will start loading in the transitions for that character and the next scene. Once they are loaded in it will play them and unload the current scene in the background. It will then start loading in the next scene which will hopefully be loaded in by the time the scene transitions end so then it can smoothly move into the next scene and then unload the scene transitions. This was very hard to do to make sure there wasn’t too much loaded in at once and also that everything kind of smoothly moves from one to the next but I think I’ve got it working well. The code is very complex but if it all works how its meant to then that shouldn’t really matter.

The Actual Transition

For this its more the parts where it changes from the full view of the scene to the close up. At the moment when scene slows down it will then just change to the view of the close up before playing the “Out” animation. Once this ends it will then fade into the “In” animation for the next scene and once that’s done it will then fade out fully into the full view of the next scene. I think this works quite well and I could add the fade in for the transition between the first full scene and the “Out” animation but let me know what you think. I could also do some other transitions between the two, maybe a quick zoom in or something but let me know what you think. If you have any examples that you have in mind that would be amazing and we can go from there :)

Bug For Mac Devices - This isn’t really a massive thing but for some reason the backgrounds aren’t fading out only the character is so it doesn’t look as smooth. I’ll get this fixed for the next update :)

The Speed

This is something I was playing around with as well to try and get looking perfect. Its not really the speed of the transition animations themselves as I think that works really well the way it is at the moment its more how long should the first and final frame wait before the animations starts/ends. I started with having the animations play as soon as they were loaded in but that seemed to just be a bit quick and didn’t look as good. I have now added like half a second at the start of the “Out” animations just to give you time to process it before the animation starts. I can make this longer though if you would like just let me know how it feels. I think this will be good just to get your feedback on as its quite an easy thing to change and make perfect.

The Audio

This is the thing that’s going to need a bit more work. I’ll start with the sounds of the cr*ampie etc. This should work normally. Basically I have added some sound effects to the transition animations that should fit them well and then ones the main scene starts again the normal sounds will start up again. This should be a smooth transition so let me know what you think. The main thing I need to change is the character audio. At the moment I don’t have specific audio ready for each character that will fit with the “In” & “Out” animations but I will get these done soon it will just take a bit more time. For now I have it so the audio for the first scene stops and then once the next scene is loaded in the character audio starts again. This starts while the transition animations are still going which isn’t really the kind of audio that makes sense for the transition scene as I think the audio there should be a lot softer and slower but I have left it in for now just so there’s something. If you would like though for the next update I can have it so the character audio only starts again when the main scene starts playing.

Another idea I have had is to have the audio also fade in and out. At the moment the audio kind of just stops before going into the scene transition but I think what might be best is to have the volume kind of fade out and just make it a bit smoother.

Backgrounds

This is just a very quick thing to do with the backgrounds. I managed to get every theme done for each of the new positions.

Here’s how a few of them look. The character takes up most of the screen though so you probably won’t get to see much of them when the scene plays XD

Cr*ampie

For the cr*ampie itself I have gone with the shadow version like how its done in most of the scenes. A lot of people did like the look of the outline and I can very easily change it to this but I though to start with it will be best to go with what is the same as the other scenes just so it all syncs up but if you do want the outline I can change it to that next update :)

Older Devices/Devices With Less RAM

Note - Please do try this feature first as it most likely will run just fine even if you are on an older device

So I have tried to make this feature use the least amount of RAM as possible but due to the fact it loads the transition in while the scene is still playing these is going to be a bit of an increase. At the moment during these scenes it moves from 1.2GB to 1.45GB which isn’t a massive increase at all and if everything was smooth for you before it should all be good now. However I know there are some people that might have older devices so if you do have any problems using this feature rest assured I have an idea for how I can get this to work for you. Next update I am going to add some customise toggles for this feature and one of them will be a “Low RAM” mode. The way this will work is instead of loading the transition at the same time the current one is playing it will instead load it the way scenes normally which should allow everyone to view this feature. Anyone will be able to toggle this option as some people might prefer it to load this way but it’s mainly going to be there for people with older devices. One last thing to note with this is that the extra RAM of this feature is only used when you run the scene transition. If you re just viewing the scene like normal then the transition feature won’t be loaded in and everything should run as normal. Let me know if there are any problems though

Anyway these are all just ideas I’ve had please let me know if you have any more you think could make this feature better. There’s a lot of things I’d still like to do with it so I’ll be working on them over the coming updates as this feature is just so cool and I really think it has a lot of potential when adding it to more scenes.

One final idea I did have is to have it work with switching between characters in the same scene. It would work in a similar way to how it does now but will play the “In” & “Out” animation from the same scene just with different characters. Here’s what it might look like

Another thing I have just seen, for older devices it looks like it takes longer to load the transition scene in than it does for the main scene animation to slow down so it will just stay still for a bit. I have added loading wheel that will turn on to show it is loading but in the next update I’m going to change the code so the animation doesn’t slow down until its loaded in. When I add the customise menu for this feature I will add an option to turn off the loading wheel, I have only put it there so people know its loading and don’t think its broken.

NOTE - For Android I have just realised in the d*ggy transition scene because the screen size is longer for Android the parts on right will be like not finished. What I’m going to do for these parts I think is have them kind of fade out just to make it feel a bit better so hopefully that will work for all of you.

More Audio - New Voice Actors & Types Of Audio

This is following on from what I’ve been talking about in the last few posts. Basically I have wanted to do less character head designs as I think we will run out of ones to actually do soon and start focusing on smoother features which could be improved. One of the options that people seemed to want was some more audio to do with the audio type select feature. There were 3 characters in the game that had very old audio and also only had around 20-30 seconds of audio each which wasn’t really the best for variety. Since then I have got some more Voice Actors, who have done a couple of the other characters, to do some audio for them along with some of the different audio types. Here are the characters along with how much audio has been added for them (Each character will have Basic, Soft & Soft Slow Audio Types Now)

To see how the audio is set up for each type see the update notes below as each characters has a different amount of each type Eg. Power has 60 seconds of Soft but Tatsumaki has 80 seconds of Soft Etc

I would like to continue with this trying to get at least 500 seconds of audio added each update and hopefully if this goes the same way as the head designs then over the next couple of months well see a massive improvement to the whole audio system. Let me know what you all think though.

Small Improvements To Scenes

This is another thing I was speaking about doing and people seemed to like it as well. I didn’t really know what scene improvements you’d like to see first though so kind of just did some to give and example of what could be done. The first of these was updating the cr*ampie animation for the against wall scene to make it like the an*l one which was the improved quality.

Here’s how that looks along with it next to the an*l one. This is just a small thing that improves the overall feel of the scene.

Another thing I wanted to do was update how the d*ldos look as a lot of them haven’t been drawn the best. I started with the P*ep Hole one as this one was drawn a long time ago and was most in need of improving.

I know this scene is going to get redone at some point soon anyway which will improve the overall quality of the whole scene but I thought in the time being it would be nice to just get small parts updated to look better.

If you have any other ideas for small things that can be improved though please let me know as at the moment my main idea is to go round updating cr*ampie animations to look better but there’s probably lots of other things you’d like improving.

Adding Characters To Scenes

This update has had quite a lot of characters added to scenes they were missing from with the focus being on the two latest scenes and then also getting Emma Frost added to the next batch of scenes.

Starting of with the two latest scenes I have got some more characters added to the Close Up H*nadjob scene along with all their character head variations which is cool.

Next I wanted to get some more added to the On Top B*ob Play scene as people seem to be liking all the feature in that so I want to try and get all the characters added to that as soon as possible.

Now for Emma Frost I have added her to all the scenes from Hole 2 up to the POV On Top.

I wasn’t able to add her to the latest two yet but will be getting her added to them along with Nico robin in the next update.

This has been a very busy update and I haven’t had enough time to get Loona, Lola etc added to any more scenes but next update I should have a bit more time and will be getting them added to the Legs Spread On Desk Scene and maybe another if I have enough time.

If there are any other characters you’d like added to scenes that I might have missed let me know :)

More Outfits - Unique P*nts + Legs Spread On Desk

I spoke about this a bit above but as I was focusing a lot on the new feature and spent most my time trying to get that done for every character and make sure its all working I haven’t has much time to focus on other things. That being said I didn’t want to do an update that had no new outfits as I think its always nice to have some but so far I have only had time to do some unique p*nts for the b*objob scene. I know this is kind of a small thing but I hope its enough for you to enjoy.

If there are any other characters you’d like to have these though let me know, these are kind of just small ones though while we wait to get their main outfits done.

I also managed to get a couple more full unique outfits done for the Legs Spread On Desk scene.

Here is how they look. I’m hoping soon to have the outfit feature focus win the poll so then I can add the feature that lets you use any outfit with any character in this scene which will make it a lot more fun.

Character Head Design

I spoke about this a bit above but as the new feature took so long to get added and I chose to do it for every character I didn’t have time to do both unique outfits and a head design so I went with the outfits as I thought that would be a nice thing to have. I will be getting at least one character head design does for the next update and will also have some sketches ready for some other ones in the next WIP.

Still Images And Animations

For this update as its a feature focus one you will be getting a still image along with the Aqua animation.

Here is what the Aqua animation looks like, I really like how its turned out and hope you do too. If you have any ideas for which one you’d like to see next let me know. I was thinking between Power, Ahsoka or the Albedo & Aqua image could be cool but let me know :)

Here is what the still image looks like. I think its come out very well so I hope you like it too. In the next update I will be getting two images done and have a wide range of character to choose from like Yor Forger, Yorha 2B, Shego. If you want to see how some of them are looking you can see the last WIP post and let me know which one you like :)

QOL Improvements

This is a very small thing but I actually updated it while I was working on the new feature as it helps with syncing up the audio and making sure it all works smoothly. Basically both the Rev C*wgirl (Back) and D*ggy scene have had their own audio for the like sound of the d*ck etc, I dunno what you call those sounds, but anyway they had their own track which meant when you increased the speed it would become out of sync as the audio was playing and a single speed. I have now updated this to work the way some of the newer scenes do where it will randomly play a sound each time the animation plays meaning no matter what speed it is it should all sync up. This is just a small thing I don’t know if you’ll notice but thought I’d say it anyway.

That’s everything I have to show you for now. I really hope you like the new feature it took so long to draw and even longer to code and get working but I really think as I improve it with your suggestions and more scenes get it it will be such a cool feature to have.

Very great job with the transitions 👏. Runs smooth ingame + not much changes needed i would say. Between 'full view' and OUT maybe combine zoom together with a fade instead only one? O,5sec before transition seems good to leave it as is. Exited for the audio, yeah, it should also fade in and out of the transition scene. > maybe the transitions can be included with the auto-restart function after Xsec (slider in the settings f.e. with the cumshots on back at rev Cowgirl back) ? Shadow on creampie is fine. Transition with switch of body type when changing characters is a nice idea, add that! This should prob. be a separate toggle in the future when the scrollwheel will eventually trigger the transition animation automatically.

this is common if you have an old android that doesn't have much RAM? Although this should have also happened in previous updates as well dunno if it did for you? I am going to try and add something in soon like a low RAM mode that will let these scene work if you enable it

If you don't see it try refreshing the page when you are on the fixes post and it should show up. Let me know if you are confused by what you need to do and i can try reword it a bit better

hey, someone else had this bug, could you try deleting the apk you downloaded, restart your device and then redownload it. If that doesn't work could you try the android 32bit one or the main android one depending which one you've already tried. could you let me know if that still doesn't work thanks :)
