definitely agree with you that there’s too many new characters to get really attached to especially in a last season, to the writers’ credit though, i do believe this wasn’t originally intended to be the last season and had to undergo serious rewrites to make it fit to be a final season, so this season was kinda supposed to be a set up for these characters and that’s unfortunate because i really liked characters like aisha (she’s the one hard of hearing) and thought that storyline could’ve been amazing given multiple seasons
