Main Story Discussion
Added 2018-07-08 11:58:16 +0000 UTCAlpha 0.20 will be a main story update where I will only focus on progressing the *cough cough* main story (not to be confused by the side story, dating-sim aspect of the game that I've been working on the past updates). This is about the sex world and things revolving the sex world (not necessarily taking place within it).
I'll want to spend a good 5-6 weeks on this one compared to my usual 4.5 weeks per update schedule just because the main story is a lot more complex and approximately 3x longer than the Missus' side story.
Aside from that, I will aim to introduce every single character that I want in the game (excluding one or a few super minor characters) so that any future polls regarding the side stories will be fair to the newer characters.
I have a few, major key things that I know or want to happen within the main story but besides that, the plot is still in its early stage of planning with missing holes. I want to make use of this state and open this discussion up for anyone who want to share their creative ideas, theories, questions, concerns, or wishes you have for the main story.
It's rare nowadays that I ask for ideas because the game is rapidly getting fleshed out more and more so if you have something to say, I reckon now's a good time to say it. Because once the spine of the story is sorted out (the general direction and scenes that will take place), it'll be rare that I add onto it. The sex world would be an extension of the town's subconscious thoughts or desires made manifest in a entire world. As the drive to find a suitable mate and reproduce is one of the driving instincts of humanity. Thus while there might be similarities to our world it functions on the principals of lust and decadence. So a way to possibly explore this is the lack of inhibitions among characters, maybe have them mention or openly talk about their fetishes that they might not normally talk about to other people. For example the Principal could have a sub/dom fetish that she openly acts upon in the Sex World. Or with Miss Allaway being more open in affection for the MC. Maybe even have characters who the MC interacts mention how they enjoyed the previous night or session. You could also have some of the character proposition the MC for a quickie as it would likely be a common occurrence over there. You could also have gloryholes in the bathrooms for sneaky shenanigans. You could also explore how the police force acts within that world. There also might be little condom dispensers or the like around town to maybe help prevent any surprises from happening. As for plot proper it might be interesting to see characters who might be against the ritual to ensure the town's prosperity. That might seek to create an alternative solution so that their way of life can continue without the sacrifice of a single individual. You could possibly use Effie, or the sex store owner for this option. Maybe even have a full on resistance that everyone hears whispers about but may not be fully formed and functional yet.

The hermit idea could lead to a thing where she gives you a side story to get something or main story where she is a mid to late place character where you are trying to get something for her to send you back. (Didn’t know hitting return was like send.) Maybe for Jane, the love hate is more yandere tsundere. Of course the other idea you could do for the comic clerk is make the joke that her servicing the geeks is how she stays in business.
