Community Contribution - Missus Movie Dates and Dream Ideas

So far, I've got:
-Romance movie option to gain charisma points
-Horror movie option to gain stamina points
-Action movie option to gain strength points
I need ideas for movie genres to gain luck points and intelligence points.
I personally had the idea for art house films for luck (as they're experimental and very hit or miss), and crime/mystery films for intelligence (cuz it involves some brain power, idfk).
If you guys have any better ideas for the film genres, let me know and the reason why. These genres will be universal for other characters.
Additionally, I wanna know how the Missus will react to the genres, whether she'd be bored, focused, confused, asleep, etc. These emotions will carry onto when she gives the MC a handy or a blowy.
Lastly, I want some ideas for the dream sequences that happen after the movie viewing with the Missus. Maybe a homage idea or a parody of a popular film scene and such.
Some of you haven't played the latest version but just to make sure we're on the same page: When you take a character (in this instance, the missus) to the movies, you gain skill points depending on the movie you watch. Afterwards, when go to sleep, you'll experience a dream sequence with said character based on the movie genre with 2 outcomes, a good outcome and a bad outcome.
I've already done Romance, Horror, and Action genres so any ideas you give for that will be ignored.

If the pair go to see Fight Club they should spy Miss Allaway fingering herself in a dark corner. How that affects the 'date' should rely on his relationship points with the pair.

Maybe a noire scene with Missus at a private detective's office for crime/mystery. The sci-fi dream could be a throwback to the sci-fi monster movies like creature from the black lagoon or attack of the 50 foot woman.

2018-05-18 04:19:59 +0000 UTCI like the idea of Murder Mysteries for Intelligence (Agatha Christie stuff). For luck, I'd suggest Mafia movies (Goodfellas, Casino) because they involve gambling and being "lucky". Upgrading skills this way is a cool idea.

A chance for a art film, or a 50 shades type film, and a small chance of a japanese or korean subtitled mom/son love story that adds a secret stat *lust* or something that drives the missus wild? Encourages a impregnation/marriage fantasy dream in both of them.

I could totally see action being her favorite...... Given how she was talking at the cafe... I would say it seems like she would make fun of romance movies. I could see her also being interested in action for sure (fight club) and maybe just impartial to crime/mystery since she has not indicated any sort of attraction to it. You could maybe do a stat boost depending on what she liked or what you watched. So... picture this. Say she Really Likes action, likes Sci-fi, Impartial to Crime, Hates Romance for explanation sake. If you watch Romance, - 1, Crime break even, sci-fi +1, action +2..... Since it seems like you will be adding movie dates for other characters, you can change their individual interests. So, if you took another character we know likes the romance/drama for example... that would have the +2 while something like action would be the -1. Then if you took whats her name... comic store girl, it seems like she would then have her +2 for sci-fi. You could even then make it MORE complex by saying... say you take Misus and watch a Action movie. Its a dumb, explosion filled movie with no real plot and its entire purpose is 1. Explosions and 2. Showing the main characters abs. You feel the brain cells screaming in pain and though you got the +2 to the stat applied to that genre, you get a -1 to int. So.... maybe you take a geek girl next time to an int increasing movie. She really likes it so that movie so you get +2 int.... but maybe -1 stam or... something. I imagine the coding for that could be a bit complex with conditional statements though since it would depend on who you go with, and then what movie you saw.

2018-05-17 16:40:14 +0000 UTCI would say sci-fi for int, and maybe comedy for luck, since they usually involve a ton of dumb luck in their plot. The missus could be bored, seeing as sci-fi could be a little above her head (note her pc virus scene) and comedy, well, could go either way.

For example if you get lucky with the girl your luck goes up and depending on how lucky you get will determine how much your luck goes up
