Jared was stupidly ripped these season. However it did come at a cost. He's been very open he did it because he thought that's what people want and he put himself under immense pressure to keep up the workout regime and his mental health suffered for it. He now keeps himself fit but not like that!

Jensen loves to tell that story! I feel it’s about to get really exciting!! Can’t wait!!
