I haven't touched the stat leveling system in a while because I never needed to so I don't know why it's fcked up. But I do want to try to get the entire system improved and done different either this update (0.11) if my programmer is able to, or future updates. It's definitely a top priority to look into.

Currently choosing to train any stat at ANY level higher than 1 (100% success rate) is a GUARANTEED fail. 70% for 2 points and 50% for 3 points are flat-out lies, they're both 0%. I've tried working them over and over and over again and they've NEVER worked any more, although they did on earlier versions.
