I always love the interrogation scenes - you can really see each person's character coming through. Zoe's stoicism, Wash's humor and outgoing nature, Kaylee's indignant rant out of love for her ship, Jayne's complete silent treatment (lol), Book's protectiveness, and the Captain's loyalty to his crew (including Simon and River). I especially love the look on the Alliance guy's face as Kaylee's yelling at him, as if she'd been ranting for a while and he really had nothing to add to it, lol. And of course Wash showing how "private" a person he is about his marriage. :D

I love how you get little snippet's of Mal's character in each episode. Here, we see that he doesn't give up Simon and River to the Alliance even though he barely knows them. He's gotta act tough as he's the captain of Serenity, but we see here that he's really a big softie underneath it all ❤️
