Main Post

Hey Beta Testers, hope everything is going well with you. With this update there is of course the new character Chel which I hope you’re all looking forward too, however there is also a lot of other different things I’ve been adding. Normally for the second half of the month I kind of just focus on outfits, getting characters added to scene and just some general fixing and improvements however this time I thought it would be nice to focus on some other things, things there were voted for in previous feature focus polls but could do with a bit more added to them. I’ll start off with Chel though and then move onto the rest.

New Character - Chel

BUG FOR MAC USERS - When completing Chel’s quest you need to select the bowl in the upstairs hallway first NOT the one in the hallway with the left, select this one second. If you do get stuck on this please message me and I’ll help :)

Starting off with her quest quickly, for this one I have gone with a kind of finding mini game similar to the one with Mercy where you have to look around the house to try and find some items she has lost. I have added an outline to the items that will go on and off to make it a bit easier to see where they are in the rooms.

At the moment I haven’t been able to get her standing image drawn but i’m going to try and get that done soon, as for the background in her location that is still being worked on at the moment but for new there is a base colour sketch there in place that will be changed once the full background is completed.

Onto the items you need to find, when I was first getting these done I thought it would be best to have them all in the same style as to fit with her kind of theme, after adding these in I realised that it doesn’t look as good with the other house themes as I thought it would so I have got some done for each theme, here is a couple of them however I haven’t had time to add them in yet, they will be added in for the Non Beta.

Now onto Chel herself, i'm quite happy with how she is looking but if there is anything you think doesn’t look the best please let me know and I can change it.

I have added her to the first batch of scenes like I usually do up to the Hole 2 scene and will add her to the rest hopefully in the next update.

Now onto her audio which I have tried something new with to see how it goes and if you like it I can add it to the other characters as well. Basically with the new audio update there was a few people who asked for some actual dialogue which I haven’t really thought of before as I didn’t think people would want full sentences but what I’ve tried with this is adding in some “yesss” & “oooo yessss” just in between the tracks so it should flow naturally. Let me know if you like this though as if not I could always have it as an option in the audio selector so you can choose between having some dialogue and not having it. If people really like it though I can leave it how it is now and start adding it to some of the other characters slowly just to make sure everyone thinks its good :)

More Audio Added - Following On From Last Update

Following on from he last update, as the new audio was so well received I thought it would be a good idea to add some more to characters that didn’t get added last time. Again there isn’t really much I can show you here but overall I have added 340+ seconds of new audio to characters, mainly in the trail off option.

If this continues to be something people like I should be able to add a little bit every update or so just to keep some new stuff coming.

Onto a second thing with the audio which is kind of good & not so good. Basically for some character that I had added audio too I had actually forgot to link it up so it was in the game but just never got played, this is kind of a bug but one nobody would really notice as you’d just assume it hadn’t been added. Anyway I have now linked it all up so 4 characters have had a decent amount of audio added to them with a total off around 220+ seconds of “new” audio.

More Outfits - D*epthroat V2

Normally I would have quite a lot of outfits added for this update as I would only be focusing on them and adding characters to scenes but this time I had a lot of other things to try get added. However I did still manage to get 4 outfits added. I added them to the D*epthroat V2 scene as I thought there isn’t loads of unique outfits in that scene and its also one of the scenes that lets you use any outfit with any character.

I think between now and the Non Beta I might be able to get a couple more done depending if there’s any major bugs or how long it takes me to do some of the other things I have planned.

The outfits also work with any character, or at least they should so let me know if there are any problems.

As for the D*ggy Close Up outfits I showed you in the WIP, these will start to get done soon however I will need to fully update the code for this scene before I can start adding new outfits. This will be quite a big thing but once that’s done you’ll be able to use any outfit with any character in this scene as well.

Speaking of that I have been updating the code for the M*ssionary V2 scene so hopefully soon you will be able to do the same in that scene, probably not in the Non Beta but im hoping for the mid month update :)

Like with all the outfits though let me know if you have any texture glitches of things not working quite right.

Note - A small bug I’ve just thought of, with the new outfits when you use them with other characters or outfits they will overlap as I haven’t linked up what outfits they can’t overlap with yet, I’ll fix this for the Non beta.

Hole 3 C*mshot Feature

A few months ago you might remember I added new completely new feature for the c*mshots that would let you select some locations. This was a very new thing for me to do and a lot of things for me to learn and change but I thought now would be quite a nice time to add it to another scene.

Obviously there is still a lot of things I want to update but I only realise what could be done better after doing it but I can go back and change these things. That being said actually with the winner of the feature focus poll being improve previous things I could use that time to update some of the  other c*mshots and maybe change the code a bit.

Anyway onto the one I did for Hole 3, the first thing I’d like you to take a look at is this new outline I added in the Legs Spread On Desk cr*ampie which I thought would look better with these c*mshots. After adding it I don’t think it looks as good so removed it for the beta but here is them side by side. Let me know what you think and I can toggle it back on if you prefer it.

For the feature itself this scene is really good as I have been able to add it in like I did with Hole 1 where you can kind of select any location and it will go to exactly where you click. With this one I have had to make it so any that land on the body will be turned off when the animation restarts but the ones on the wall can stay until you clean them.

There is still lots of things I’d like to change around like the speed of the animation as some of them look a bit slow but then can all be edited quite easily depending on what people think.

For the next scene I want to add this too it will either bee the D*ggy, F*otjob or On Side as I think those will be quite good ones to test out my new idea for how it should work in scenes where you can’t select the exact location and have to pick from like 5 preset locations.

Character Head Redesigns - Rias & Marge

Like with most second half of the month updates I have been working on some character head redesigns just helping me to improve my overall drawing skills which is coming along really well I think. Anyway to start with I went with Rias as her head was one of the first earlier ones I added to the game and could do with making her look a bit better.

Next is one that’s a bit different and I kind of wanted to do just to test my skills and see if it would be possible to do.

Basically Marge’s head is quite hard to add to scenes meaning some scenes she just won’t work in. An idea I had for this was to try to change her design to give her a head shape that would work while also keeping her key features. To do this I went with the hair down version of her and then tried to keep features like her noes, eyes and hair while also having it fit in with the new face shape.

This was very hard to do and I think for this one it might not look enough like her so might go over some parts and try to change them to get it looking better. I might also try to the hair down look but with the curly hair she normally has to see how that works. This one is definitely more of a trial just to see if I can do something like this so let me know if you don’t think it looks any good, I really won’t mind I just wanted to test it out XD.

Between now and the Non Beta I would like to try and get another character design done if I have time, I was thinking Tatsumaki as the against wall scene would look better for her with a new head design but let me know :)

Adding Characters To Scenes

The main scene I wanted to focus on this update was the against the wall outside scene as its the newest and needs the most amount of characters added to it.

For this update I have added 10 new characters which is quite good and I will continue to add to it over the next few updates.

Still Images - Tsunade & Marge

For the still images this update I have, or will have, managed to do two but the time the Non Beta is out. So far I have got Tsunade done which I think is looking amazing.

This is how the Marge one is coming, this looks so much better and I love how the face matches up with her. I just have the background left to do for it then you’ll be getting it in the Non Beta

Each of these images has 4 variations.

For the next update I would like to get a still image done for either Velma or Frankie but we’ll have to see how things come along and which characters people would like.

QOL

The only really thing I can think of here is the max speed for the against wall scene has been increased. Other than that its just been general small improvements and bug fixes.

If you do find any more bugs though or there’s still some from previous versions I didn’t get fixed please let me know and I’ll try get them fixed as soon as I can.

Stuff I’ll Try Get Done For The Non Beta

There just a few things I want to try and work on between now and the Non Beta

I think I can get a couple of these done as long as there’s no major bugs but either way I’ll try my best to get through as many as I can :)
