The Rirst time I watched this episode I was convinced Nick was gonna get hit by a car in that final scene because of the way they cut back and forth between him and Charlie&Tori, so glad I was wrong!

2023-08-06 20:19:59 +0000 UTCTravis, I get it! Every time I get to the 5 minutes left mark in an episode, I'm always like "oh cool, we got a few more minutes left," but we only have like 30 seconds left until the credits! It's even worse with a Disney + show (seriously 6-7+ minute credits for each episode 😒🤣). But we enjoy the show regardless of the brevity of the episodes or the length of the credits!

2023-08-06 20:15:19 +0000 UTCI would say the closest American equivalents to GCSE are SATs and the ACTs, generally taken during junior year of high school, but can be taken earlier or later than that. Yeah, no one in my family (probably) knows this show exists. I don't personally know what you're going through since I'm straight, but this show is just so charming! Anyways, you should totally finish season 2, Siobahn!

2023-08-06 17:26:22 +0000 UTCThis was so fun to watch with you, I binged half of the season on the day it was released. I haven't watched the rest yet. But it's great to rewatch this show with you because no one in my family is interested, too gay/trans friendly for them. So I'm glad there are people like you out there to watch these sort of shows with. 💕 To answer your questions. GCSE's are the exams we do in our final year of high school and the grades you get in these exams help you get into universities or help you get jobs. If I was to compare it to American schools, a high school diploma is roughly equivalent to 5 GCSEs graded C or above. And what Nick was dealing with was very similar to my school GSCE experience. Sitting in the school hall in silence studying for hours. I hated it. That's one of the reasons why I left school with awful grades. But anyway, such a great episode to kick off the season. I'm so glad they've kept the show cheerful and happy overall. Nick and Charlie are one of the cutest on screen couples around, their chemistry is amazing and I love how much they kiss. I hope that doesn't sound weird lol, but couples on screen so often don't kiss and touch as much as they would in reality. But Nick and Charlie seem to which is so great. And I continue to relate to Nick so much. Being bi is hard. I'm 27 and still not out to anyone in my real life and still so scared to tell people, even other LGBT+ people because there is a hatred of bi people within the community that I've experienced in the past. So I really do feel Nick's fear and I love his storyline. It's important to find characters on TV that you can relate to. Bring on episode 2. 😊
