Main Post

Hey Beta Testers, I hope you’re all doing well and are ready to test all the new things. I’d update us of course coming with the new character Karlach but I have also added some other cool things that I hope you’ll like. That being said, there’s still a couple of things I’d like to add between now and the Non Beta, either some more outfits, still image animations or a character head redesign would be cool but I’ll have to see how much time I have after fixing some of the bugs. Let’s get right into the stuff that’s already here though.

New Character Karlach

With this update I coming the new character you all voted for in this months character poll. It was a very close battle between Karlach and Nico Robin and honestly I thought Nico would win before I made the poll but I’m happy to see Karlach win as she’s a bit of something different to a lot of the characters already in the game. In the WIP you would have scene these two scenes of her that I got done along with her head design.

After getting that done and her audio added I was able to move on to adding her to the first batch of scenes up to the hole 2 scene which I thought would be a good place to stop as having her in that scene already will allow me to add her to multiple girls feature in that scene that should be coming in next months mid month update.

A lot of people were asking for the extra things that make her a bit more unique to be added like her muscles, body paint and those things on her shoulders. While I can’t add all of that now, I will add the body paint and shoulder things as part of her unique outfit when I add that, I have managed to give her some abs in a couple of scenes as a kind of trial to see how they work and if you like them. I’ll explain a bit more about how they work below but for now this is how they are looking on her.

The aim now with her is to make sure everything is working smoothly, I think I will save adding any more scenes for her until next months mid month update as there are some other things I would like to focus on between now and the Non Beta, however if you would like to see her added to a few more scenes please let me know and I could do that instead.

Also let me know what you think of her audio, I have a different voice for her which I think fits her a bit better.

Now for her quest. I have followed on form the quest for the Jack O Pose where you have to kind of solve a puzzle but with a step up in difficulty just a bit. The quest has you go a meet karlach where there is a small bit of dialogue, after that you will have to solve a puzzle but this time some of the parts of the puzzle are wrong. This shouldn’t be to hard but just adds something a bit different to the last one. I would like to continue the difficulty of these in the future if you like them, maybe having you able to rotate the pieces as well. But for now hopefully this is another nice little mini game.

Adding Characters To Scenes

For this update I was going to focus on getting some more characters added to the Shower Against Glass & Jack O Scene but instead I thought it would be nice to try and finish off the D*epthroat V2 as its been a while since I added any to that scene and there were still quite a few characters missing form it.

I think now every character should be in that scene, including Karlach, unless i’m missing one, If I am please let me know and I’ll try and get them added.

One thing about Marge, she was very hard to add to this scene and some other scenes she is similar. It mainly to do with how her neck connects to the body that makes it a bit difficult however i have tried my best to get her added to this scene be drawing a new head for her. I removed some parts of it from the WIP I showed you as they didn’t look the best so hopefully this works a bit better. One other idea someone had with her is to do the hair down version of her, this might work better for this scene and some of the others so when I get a chance i'll try and draw her head as the hair down version.

Following on from these scenes I think the next focus will be on the Shower Against Glass. This was the second to last scene that was added so should be what I focus on first for getting all the characters added too.

One last thing to note, for Loona, Lola etc I would still like to add the texture to the outer parts of their body like I have done with other scenes, I will try my best to get this done for the Non Beta but if not ill get it done for the update after that.

More Unique And Generic Outfits

For this update I have managed to add quite a few unique outfits along with a batch of small generic ones for the M*ssionary V2 scene, I’ll start with them and then move onto the unique ones.

For the M*ssioanry V2 ones a lot of people have been asking for gloves so to fit the theme of some of the items that are already there I have added some gloves and also some bands that go around the arm and neck.

You can see them here with the full outfit and also how they look on their own. I would like to add some more generic ones to this scene so if you have any ideas please let me know.

Now onto the unique ones. Starting with Hole 1 I have added 4 unique outfits to these for Moxxi, Shego, Poison Ivy and Chun Li which should all work very nicely. Let me know what you think of them as im still trying out the different way of animating them that I take about a few updates ago. Chun Li and Moxxi’s are animated the new way and Poison Ivy and Shego’s are animated in the original way.

I also had time to do some more outfits for the B*objob scene which normally take a bit of time. For these I chose to do Jessica R and Kim P’s outfits as they did quite well in the outfit poll from a while back and I also think they are ones that work will with other characters.

These should all work correctly when switching them with characters, there was a couple of bugs with outfits not turning off when yo toggle on parts of other outfits but I think that should all be fixed now but let me know if there is still any texture glitches and what outfits its with.

Between now and the Non Beta I would like to add maybe 1 more B*objob outfit if I have time, its between 1 outfit or 1 Character Head Redesign those would probably be the things I have time for so let me know what you’d rather.

Abs, New B*ob Designs & Standing Character

This update I have also added a couple of like redesigns or just upgrades to scenes. The first of these being abs to a couple of the scenes. For now these are only for Mirko and Karlach as I don’t know what other characters they would fit, but if you think another character would fit them let me know and I can toggle it on for them.

Just like with everything these will be toggle able and you can turn them off if you don’t want them. For now I will have them toggled on to start with though but if most people would rather I can have them toggled off to start and leave you the ability to turn them on.

The next thing which im quite happy with is some B*ob redesigns and re-animation for the Rev C*wgirl (Front) V2 scene this was the first scene that I tried out the new way of animating the B*obs in which is why there are a lot of options and I was never really happy with any of them. I have now gone back and redrawn them and done better animation for all 3 sizes. I have left all the old version in there though incase you like them but have instead but them all in a single drop down for “Old Sizes”

Hopefully you like these two little updates but let me know if there’s any problems with them.

One final thing I did add a bit more of this update was some more standing characters. Obviously I got Karlach done for her quest but also managed to get on done for Yor Forger and Mrs McPherson as they were both characters you unlock with coins so didn’t get one wit their quest, but they now have them for when you’re talking to them in their rooms.

Lola B Still Images

For this update the character still images I focused on were for Lola B, so far I have got one done that you can see below.

For the Non Beta I hope get this one fully done as well.

If I have time I would also like to add some more image animations but I’ll have to see how much time I end up having.

There are also some plans to update how the gallery view works making it easier to change between characters and images but that might have to wait for a feature focus update as there’s still quite a lot I need to do with it.

Planning For Multiple Girls Hole 2

This update there isn’t anything in Hole 2 you should see that will be different but the code behind it has changed a bit getting ready for the multiple girls in scenes. So please let me know if there’s any problems loading scenes or if you see anything weird while loading them that you didn’t before.

Actually there is one small visual thing I’ve changed that I think people will like. I have added and actual hole like I did with Hole 3 just to make the scene a bit better. From what I can tell people like this option a lot more but if you don’t let me know and I can always add a way to toggle it off. This will also help with having multiple girls in the scenes as it will separate them a bit more.

Bug Fixes and QOL

There has been quite a few bug fixes which was to be expected with this new feature and I think I have managed to fix all the main ones. If you notice yours is still happening this update please let me know and I’ll try get it fixed before the Non Beta. There is also a lot of other bugs to do with textures and characters loading wrong etc which have been fixed, you can see the full Bug Fix List at the bottom.

For QOL stuff I have done a few small things that should make it a nicer user experience. Now in every scene all the icons on the right will have the hover over cursor and also allow you to get the tool tip for what they are if you hover over them for a couple of seconds. You can turn this tool tip off in the customise settings but it should help you figure out what each button does a bit more.

Update To Quest System

One final thing I will say very quickly is there has been an update to the quest system for Karlach’s quests. Just let me know if you have any problems viewing them, completing them or saving/loading them thanks :)
