September - Progress Report (New Feature + New Scene)
Added 2024-09-02 00:00:04 +0000 UTCHey everyone, I hope you’re enjoying the new update and are looking forward to all the new stuff that’s going to be coming in the feature focus update in a couple of weeks along with the new scene that will be coming then too. I’ll go over those two things first as they are probably the most wanted and then go on to some of the other stuff I have planned.
C*m On The Characters (Feature Focus)
In the update post I went over a bit over how this feature is going to work, but if you haven’t seen it don’t worry I’ll go through it fully and in more detail here.
To start with its going to be with the Hole 1 scene to start with and then I will move on to some of the other scenes. With the Hoel 1 scene the way im setting it up to work is that for every click, in a location that allows you to C*m there, a C*mshot will happen in the exact place you click. I think this is better than the original way I thought of doing it as this gives you a bit more control over exactly where they happen and allows you to do multiple in one place. The original way I was going to do it for those who are wondering was to have 3 C*mshot animations that will randomly play when you click and location and it’s of those would land in a preset position on the character/wall.
PS. If you would rather it work the original way let me know as I can still change it back if most people want it or could try the original way for some of the other scenes.
I have stuck with having 3 different C*mshots animations for each location however it will randomly pick one of them when you click the location and should also not do the same one from your previous click. You can see a bit of how this will work below.

From the cooler part of doing it this way is you can kind of keep clicking even while one C*mshot is still going allowing you to cover the whole area that allows them. I have however for now had to put a limit of how many there can be which is set to 40 just so that it doesn’t overload the scene too much. If 40 is fine and nobody has any problems I can raise this or add a slider that allows you to pick how much you would like the maximum amount to be. Below you can see how this part of the feature looks.

I am also working on adding this to some more scenes and should have a decent amount of sketches done for the WIP in about a week. Between now and them I will be trying to get it added to some more of the scenes however I also think it would be quite nice to have a poll the same time as the WIP where you can vote for which scene you would like it in next and I will added it to as many as them between the Poll and when the Update comes out.

Second to last thing is I know a lot of people would like a kind of “hands free” experience for this kind of thing so i’m thinking of adding a random option that will randomly select some places and then after a certain amount of time will go back to the regular animation.

Finally, this is quite a big feature and there’s a lot more I would like to add to this in the future so one I have everything working well and its been a month or two I will add this back into the feature focus poll to go again and get some more stuff added. Some of these feature could be.
The ability for the C*m to stay on the body when you go back to the regular animation, at the moment it will only stay on non moving parts as I’ll need to figure out how to get the C*m to move the right way depending on where it has landed.
Some audio stuff so that if the C*m hits the girl she has some audio trigger
Randomise settings that’s will allow you to customise things like which locations it can randomly pick, how often it randomly selects one and after how long it will return to the regular animation.
These are just a few things though I’d love to hear any ideas you have for it.
Note - After thinking about it a bit more I think for the Hole 1 scene I will have it so you can Cm in the exact location you click as it makes sense for that scene, but for other scenes I might try it the way the Squ*rting and F*ta C*m work as that will allow me to have the C*m stay when it goes back to the regular animation (I could always have both options available for all scenes in the future and you choose which one you would like to use)
New Scene (Jack O)
If you haven’t seen the Jack O scene won the poll by quite a lot in the end. It was really close between it and the from behind option at the start but the Jack O just pulled away to wards the end. Last WIP I talked about which animation sync looked best and there was a lot of people saying this one.

Im still not 100% happy with how it syncs up but my plan for it is to have the Guy and the Girl completely separate from each other so that they can be synced up perfectly once its all done. While I was thinking of that I also got the idea of having them work in a very similar way to the Double D*ldo scene where you would be able to change he speed of each of them independent from each other. This is just a thought for now as I don’t know how good it will look so if it doesn’t end up working well I may just not add it but I’ll give it a try and see if it works.
I should have some base colour stuff for this scene done by the WIP in about a week so we’ll be able to really see how its looking then. The plan for where to put this scene is also quite cool, I’m going to have it in the basement over by the mirror and the plan for the future is to allow you to click on the mirror while the scene is running to get a different view, similar to how it works in the D*ggy Close Up but more built into the scene itself. This is just a cool little idea for the future though there’s a lot of other stuff I need to work on before that.
Multiple Characters In Scene
I explained this a bit more in the Update Post but in short I have transferred all the Hole 2 scenes over to the new way of loading them that will allow me to load in more than one at a time. If the Hole 2 scenes still load well and everything working for them in this update then I’ll be happy to add the Multiple Girls option to this months feature focus poll meaning, if it wins, we should have it in the Hole 2 scene in about a month and half time.
This is very exciting as its probably the biggest feature and most requested feature so far but from the testing I’ve done its looking more possible now :)
Character Poll For This Month
With this month comes a character poll and following on from the success of all the recent ones I thought it would only be fair to have some of the runners up from previous ones in their own poll. From what I can remember this will include, but is not limited too.

I will check through their polls and some form a bit further back to get a full list of around 8-10 characters of ones who have done well and hopefully we can have a good battle between them.

I do have some pictures ready drawn for these 3 though as at one point in their poll they looked like they would win so wanted to get their head prepared.
Other Stuff (Adding Characters To Scenes, Performance Improvements Outfits Etc)
I’ll go through this section very quickly as you’ve probably read enough XD but basically I will be trying to get more characters added to more scenes this month, probably towards the end of the month as I will focus on the feature focus stuff first, the character I will be trying to get added will be Mirko, Yoruichi Etc & Loona, Lola Etc as they’re all missing a decent amount of scenes so will be nice to get them added to them.
For the outfits it did very well int he feature focus poll so it would be fair to work a tiny bit on that if I have time, obviously I’ve got quit a lot to do with a whole new feature and a new scene but I will try and get either a few outfits added or the ability to use any outfit with any character added to the Hole 2 scene.
For performance stuff there is a lot of things im working on in the background to make the game run smoother and also feel better. One QOL thing I have thought of that should help the game run better is to change all the BG sound during scenes over to one single holder that will randomly play each sound every time the animation goes round. Hopefully this also syncs things up a bit better with the sound as I will have full control over when they play each time round.
Anyway thank you so much for the support, there’s a lot of stuff I need to be getting on with but hopefully I’ll have some cool stuff to show you very soon.
