August Progress Report & Scene Theme Poll

Hey everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m going to try and keep this one short and sweet so that you have time to see the important stuff coming this month and give you a bit more time to go check out the latest update which should be up now as well :)

Scene Poll For This Month

So following on from what we’ve been doing the last few months I wanted to do a poll at the start again to see what theme you would like for this months scene poll. I have 3 options for you to pick from, two of them you have seen before and one is a new one.

Note - For the images I have only shown you a couple for each as to not fill up the whole post but i’ll put next to each of them how many options, roughly, there will be to pick from (Eg, “From Behind” will have 5 different scene sketches for you to pick from relating to that theme)

There is also something a bit different I may have to do with the scene as we now have this feature focus update which comes with the Mid Month update. Usually I release the scene that was voted for in the Mid Month update but may have to change that. The two options are

• Shorten how long the vote goes on for in order to give me time to get the scene done for the start of the month update

• Do the new scene like normal for the Mid Month Update. This will mean spending time working on the scene towards the end of the month so all I have to do is add it in for the Mid Month Update. This will allow me to still focus on the feature focus part of the update while also getting the scene done for the Mid Month update as well. The only down side to this is there may be slightly less content for the start of the month update but then more content for the Mid Month update. So you’ll get the same amount of content but it will just be spread differently between the two updates within the month.

I think he second option may be a bit better as then I won’t have to rush the scene in order to get it done for the start of the month update.

You will still be getting the same amount of content either way though so don’t worry it just depends how its spread across the two updates :D

Feature Focus Poll

Now this is what I really wanted to talk about, firstly last month was kind of crazy for polls. The character poll had just over 100 votes in it, which sounds like a lot but considering that’s with the weighted votes that means just a hand full of people could have made a difference depending on their tier (I will speak about what i’m going to do considering that was so close in the update post so if you want go check that out). Anyway what was even closer was the Feature Focus Poll

That’s just over 40 votes when taking into account everything. Now I know it is a poll and there is a winner but I do feel with something this close it would be a bit unfair to just ignore the option that came in second so I have an idea for what i’m going to do.

Obviously the Scene Things did win so I will be focusing on that mostly but one part of the Unique Outfits which I think would have been what most people wanted from it anyway is the ability to use Unique Outfits across all characters. I did say when talking about this if it won I would add it to the B*objob scene first as a kind of trial due to it being so complex so my plan is to add that to the B*objob scene in a very simple way working like shown below.

This will just be a basic menu where you can load other characters outfits in. At the moment you won’t be able to take individual parts off and use different outfits with each other as that system will be a lot more complex and require a full update to focus on but hopefully this is a good in the middle kind of thing to give the people what wanted the Unique Outfits options something.

There’s also another reason for this that will benefit everyone, I’m using this system as a kind of trial to make sure I can load things in while the scene is running without any problems. If this works then it brings us ever closer to being able to have multiple girls in one scene.

Now for the Scene Things. The way this will work is as it won I will be adding as many extra things to scenes as I can such as Sq*rting, Pr*g, F*ta and anything else you suggest in the comments. I did see some people suggesting tails for the F*rry characters which I could do as well, maybe some nail polish for other scenes where you can see the feet, anything like that. The way this will work though is I will just be going full in to add as much as I can meaning im going to try and group things together to be all worked on for one scene Eg. Instead of adding F*ta to one scene and Pr*g stuff to another then squ*rting to a third scene I will be adding all the things I can and that I think would fit into a scene at once then moving onto the next. This will mean I can add more as instead of having to switch between scenes I can focus on one at a time and get a lot more done.

The two scene I want to start with are the New Shower Scene and F*otjob Scene adding Pr*g, F*ta, Squ*rting and Nail Polish to them. If you have any more ideas for things that will fit in them let me know. I will have sketches and hopefully full colour stuff of these ready for the WIP in about a week.

Suggestions - Please leave any suggestions you have for extra things in scenes in the comments with what it is and what scene you would most like it in. What i'll do is look through any suggestions and if there is a scene that has a lot of suggestions for it then I will try and get those done as then I can do them all together. If your suggestion will work across multiple scenes you can let me know what scenes so I can maybe group it ins with some other things i’m working on in that particular scene.

Next Feature Focus Poll

For the next feature focus poll I am going to take out the “Scene Things” option as it won. I will either add it back next month or the month after just to give some of the other options some time to shine. I will be keeping in the “Unique Outfits” option as that didn’t really get a full go at it and it would be nice to get a lot more outfits added in.

For the other options they will remain similar with the addition of a couple more that I have been thinking of. As for the two which you are probably most excited about “Multiple Characters In Scenes” & “Change A*s, Waist And More Sizes With A Slider” this still need a bit more work done to them before I can be certain I will actually be able to add them in. For the “Multiple Characters” I am waiting to see how this loading of the outfits does and if that does well I can then add this option in. Ass for the “Slider Size Change” this will need to actually be tested in an update before I can add it as an option, so what i’m thinking is for one of the updates in the next couple of months I will add this in, just to the B*objob scene and only for the changing of the A*s size. I will then leave it in for a couple more updates for you to play around with and if there are no bugs or performance issues I can add this as an option for one of the Feature Focus Polls which for one update I will focus on adding this to as many scenes as I can and allowing you to change lots of different parts of the girls body with a slider :)

Anyway if you have any more suggestions for things you’d like to see focused on for an update let me know. This could be things already in the game or completely new features you think would make a cool addition.
