A Hero's Campaign Chapter 1
Added 2023-06-28 14:24:19 +0000 UTCThis is a Harry Potter x Hero's of Might and Magic (HOMM) crossover that I had stuck in my head and needed to get out. It is based on HOMM2 on the campaign called the Succession Wars. I used to play game a lot when I was young and a while ago decided to download it from the GOG website out of nostalgia. That led to this story.
I do have the basic outline of every chapter so far, with about 38-40 chapters at this stage. Could go longer than that once it starts getting written. Not sure if this is going to be on the regular roster yet, just feeling things out.
Anyway, take a read and let me know what you think. Do any of you know the HOMM games? Ever played them? Let me know. If needed, I will put out a class description chapter to help things make sense.

I think the premise is similar to Age of Empires (get resources, build army and castle up as much as possible and kill the other team), but at the same time is a more focussed on the heroes and their armies rather than the city/town as a whole. Once a castle or town is owned, you don't expand it outwards at all, only build up inside. So from what I remember of AoE, that is where it would be different.
