Aaarghhh, it turns out that making animated GIFs is actually quite difficult. I can't make smooth motion animation. But at least I've tried. 😕
The software used is Adobe Ps, using smudge and Puppet Warp tools.

It's a good start at least. You'll start off rough but it's got some fluidity to it already that makes it good to watch. You'll get to where you wanna be - it'll take time and you got a lot of people here that wanna see you kick ass. :)

2023-01-28 02:33:44 +0000 UTCThanks so much! 😁 It seems that to make a smooth animation, you have to make it by drawing it manually every frame. In procreate there are tools for making smooth animations, but I only use Photoshop.

2023-01-26 12:25:32 +0000 UTCThis is awesome! Most of the TFs in cartoons I saw growing up have a "twitchy" look going back and forth between frames so I don't think the motion needs to be smooth to work well.
