Just a canonical Toola from "Fixies". In original show she a strongest (but totally not brave) fixie girl, with big heart, and she absolutely love Nolik , soo i just cannot resist and gived her some nice ABCs and ARA ARA energy!
Lets hope what Nolik will not require any "fix" after this~
