The dude's podcast sounds pretty awesome, and it's very cool and very gracious of you to discuss depression with people. I'm dealing with it as well, so I appreciate people like you who are trying to remove the stigma about talking about these things. The act of bottling these things up actually exacerbates things like depression and anxiety. Also, no need for disclaimers here, I am not going to judge you, sir. You should join us on Discord!

Basically things people feel shamed or embarrassed to bring up. So most people keep these things bottled up from fear nobody will understand or get offended. So they live with it like a parasite inside eating at you dignity and sanity! Anyway I got off track a little lol

It's called 11 like the Tool song Jimmy " 1 and 1 are 1" basically saying we are all one yet experience reality individually. But his message is pay it forward! So he films normal people with positive stories in each city. Like for example a biker, gansta, felon, illegal immigrant, atheist, religious, free thinker.. Thry are any race, age or origin as long as its a selfless act of generosity or assistance of some kind! He showed me picture with the drummer Danny casually hanging out. He had a few with the guitarist Adam Jones. So he gives them boxes of pics and Adam uses one every song during every practice. When he is done he throws it in a bucket πͺ£, knowing each one will go to a Tool fan with a story! Everyone in my chats say he is a wonderful human being. So I got a Pic and he gave me a 52/830 Tool ultra light up poster. This is not the ones you buy wrapped in plastic or off Amazon. It is numbered in pen.
