New Changes to TCV Patreon in January!

Hello all.  Your favorite Kirk here (unless you know another Kirk),

We have been in discussions with all of you for the last few months on changes to the Patreon tiers moving forward for a few reasons.

One: We have been somewhat terrible with delivery of particular facets of our content.  Elizabeth and I are taking active steps to try and alleviate that.  

Two: Pregnancy.  Some aspects of our tiers will be unavailable for months, and that's not fair to the community.  So we'll have to put a hold on things.

Three: We want to add additional features that we feel are fun and engaging for all of you.  Our way of giving back as we continue to grow this community.

Working with those of you that have attended the live chats in the past couple weeks, and a few months ago, we're making the following changes to the Patreon tiers effective January 1st.

A quick note: Each tier has the benefits of the tiers above them.  
SUPPORTER TIER
Nothing being removed
Adding "Weekly Video Chats - up to 8 hours a week of group video chats with Elizabeth via our Teams server"
Adding "Annual gift - a 'bronze' pin signifying your tier and the number of years you've been a patreon supporter"

THE VOICE CRACK TIER
Nothing being removed
Adding "A 5% Discount on all merchandise purchases at The Charismatic Voice's merch store"
Adding "Annual gift - a 'silver' pin signifying your tier and the number of years you've been a patreon supporter at that tier"

THE INQUISITOR TIER
Language Change: Interview Questions will be capped at 8-10 per interview. Please be advised that consolidation of questions could occur, or requests to hold questions if we have too many.
Removing "Voice of God status - all D&D content will be postponed during pregnancy and early child development time.  We will bring this back most likely in 2023."
Removing "Patron shout out.  We don't remember what this was supposed to be."
Adding "A 10% Discount on all merchandise purchases at The Charismatic Voice's merch store"
Adding"Music Appreciation course at http://thecharismaticvoice.com unlocked for free after 6 months of patronage" - This will be retroactive.
Adding "Annual gift - a 'gold' pin signifying your tier and the number of years you've been a patreon supporter at that tier"

THE VOYEUR TIER
We will be removing the cap on the number of Voyeurs.
Language Change: "Beat Saber song submissions will be capped to the first 15-20 songs submitted per month.  Please be advised that Kirk will fill in for Elizabeth if health or time complications arise.
Removing "Voice of God status - all D&D content will be postponed during pregnancy and early child development time.  We will bring this back most likely in 2023."
Removing "Patron shout out.  We don't remember what this was supposed to be."
Adding "Behind The Scenes with The Charismatic Husband" where Kirk will make dumb videos of him doing things for the channel.  I'm writing this, and I have no idea what I got myself into, so it will be random!
Adding "A 15% Discount on all merchandise purchases at The Charismatic Voice's merch store"
Adding"Music Appreciation course at http://thecharismaticvoice.com unlocked for free after 3 months of patronage" - This will be retroactive.
Adding "Annual gift - a 'platinum' pin signifying your tier and the number of years you've been a patreon supporter at that tier"

THE BLADE-SINGER TIER
This will be a new tier at $50.  We have a number of patrons that are already donating to us this amount or above, and we want to give back.
This tier has the same benefits of The Voyeur Tier, in addition to the following:
Adding "Digital Thumbnail personalized and signed monthly.  Patrons at this tier will select the thumbnail that best suits them, and Elizabeth will sign them with a personal note each month."
Adding "A 20% Discount on all merchandise purchases at The Charismatic Voice's merch store"  
Adding"Music Appreciation course at http://thecharismaticvoice.com unlocked for free immediately" - This will be retroactive.  
Adding "Annual gift - an 'unobtanium' pin signifying your tier and the number of years you've been a patreon supporter at that tier"
