Which Iron Maiden?

Help! I can't pick. Which song by Iron Maiden should I react to/analyze next?

FYI - this would be for release in June. :-)

A vote for the Trooper here, as "iconic" as Maiden songs are, that one is literal. They released a beer themed around it, and the old British Red Coat uniform and Union Jack Bruce uses during live performances are literal icons of the band recognised worldwide. Fear of the Dark, the album and the song, was a point where the writing in the band got a little stale, it was Bruce's last album with them for 8 years and the point where musical and lyrical phrases started to become repeated far too often in most songs. It was Bruce and Adrian's proper writing return in Dance of Death where that began to change, and you can hear some of the influence of Accident of Birth begin to surface.
