This week is a tad stressful, but I'll still be on Discord for our live video chats at 10:30 AM Wednesday and 2:00 PM Friday (Arizona time - note the time change!).
Subject: SELF CARE. What do you do to take care of yourself when you're stressed? This could lead to a discussion about what singers do before performance... or it could just be a Nutella addiction group-help session. ;-)
