Printed Czepeku Maps Poll
Added 2024-04-19 07:15:10 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
We hope you're all doing well. :)
It's been long requested that we do large format prints of our maps, like these ones seen on Critical Role.
The issue we've always had is that our maps are HUGE if we want the grid to fit the standard 1 inch mini base.
For instance the Cathedral Interior is 42x90 inches / 1.06 x 2.28 meters / 3.5 x 7.5 feet. Which is taller than most people. For that reason we need to use special large format printers to print them, because they're bigger than A0 paper.
Ideally we'd like to print them in a bulk, probably 10 maps at a time for a particular theme.
Our question to you is:
How much would you be willing to pay for 1 large format Czepeku battlemap?
Imagine glossy, thick paper (probably around 210gsm), rolled into a cardboard tube and sent to you. We only want to make prints that are the highest quality, with beautiful colours, on great feeling paper, that'll last many battles. Just like the ones in the Critical Role video above. They loved the maps and we'd like to get them sent out to you too!
Consider that if we do packs of 10 maps, they'll be around 10x the price you select. If the pricing works out to be too pricey for most people we won't go ahead with it, but we'd love to do a big Kickstarter with several themed packs of 10 maps each. And also have individual maps for sale on our website.
Please leave us your thoughts and suggestions below and on our Discord!

Would the maps be dry erase? If yes I would be super interested. Otherwise not so much. I would also opt for foldable maps rather than rolled for the ease of transportation. There are other projects that do physical maps (from roll and press and from moonlight maps) that have a price lower than 1$ per map (in a bundle of course). Just my perspective. Honestly I like czepeku maps the best of all maps I've seen and I'd love to have them in physical form but if they are rolled and at the same time not dry erase and at the same time much more expensive than the competition I am afraid they would be not useful enough for me to justify the price point
